The Northeast Mississippi Community College Alumni Association awards a one-semester tuition scholarship to a student in each of its five supporting counties (Alcorn, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo and Union) and one to a student in Lee County.  The recipients must be high school seniors entering Northeast for the fall term.  Awards are based on academic achievement, leadership ability, outstanding character, personal qualities, and financial need.  Priority is given to students who may not be able to meet federal guidelines for other financial aid programs, but have documented financial needs.

Applicants must have applied and been accepted for admission to Northeast Mississippi Community College before submitting a scholarship application.
